At IDM we have the ability to provide a wide variety of surface preparation services including media blasting, stripping, corrosion removal, Alodine and brushed Cadmium plating. In our facility is one of six specialized composite media blasting rooms in the country. We have a variety of blasting capabilities such as polymedia, aluminum oxide, glass bead, grit and a variety of other media. IDM is able to do a variety of finishes from enamel and epoxy spray on finishes to heat resistant bonding primers. Our facility houses several paint booths for different applications, the largest measuring 30’L X 16’W X 15’H. We are able to refinish large parts to large batches of small parts safely, quickly and with the quality you demand. To support our paint booths we also have high capacity dry rooms that are dust and climate controlled to result in consistent and reliable finishes.
