Our sheet metal facility is 35,000 square feet and has a wide variety of capabilities, including mandrel bent tubing fabrication and testing equipment for aviation quality hydraulics.   We have a crew of experienced fabricators that create products with precision and to strict specifications.

We have top of the line equipment in our Sheet Metal shop such as our Accurpress press brake with a Hurco control head. This has a 12’ length and a 250 ton capacity that can bend up to 5/16 mild steel. Our bladder press has a 4200 PSI. forming pressure that provides consistency during forming of aluminum and annealed steel. We have a full service sheet metal fabrication shop with a wide variety of fabrication tools such as bead rollers, English wheels, brakes, band saws, hydraulic and foot shears, mills and presses.

This means that our customers have the opportunity to coordinate with experienced staff working in a large capacity facility with a wide variety of tools.
